Sitting up north at the cabin and went through some old cupboards in the spare rooms and came across a bunch of board and card games. Some of them hold up and are still fun to play today. Some, not so much.
What were some of your favorites?
What games did you love playing growing up and today? Is there one that you found as an adult that's fun when you have people over?
I love and played Sequence today. I was also undefeated all through childhood at Chutes and Ladders. Also love to play Risk, Skipbo (played w/my grams) Phase 10, Uno, Spades (military and jail) Balderdash and Scattergories (at Xmas w/fam), Cranium, Clue, Dominoes, Sorry, Life and backgammon. Obviously Monopoly but not too many dislike or haven't ever played that one.
Thing is, there hasn't been anything that I've seen in quite some time that's new and awesome. Always the classics. Maybe there something awesome one of you play?

Congrats to Neil Cuckman on having a bunch of gay hipsters in the gaming media reward your shitty and god awful game with a unworthy and undeserving award.
The first game really was a special game. And this "gem" of a sequel takes a shit on it, then takes another one and another one.
Gaming is DEAD.
